However, the inexpensive price of a single band combined with what seemed like genuinely positive reviews (despite the free/discounted product) from users tipped me in favor of giving this a shot.Anyone who has a Fitbit Flex probably knows that the bands are prone to breaking. I got so annoyed (after multiple complaints to FitBit) that I opted for a Fitbit One and put this in a drawer for a couple years until I decided to pull my old flex out. I've run through about 4-5 bands all of which break right at the top of the band where the LED light indicator rests, because that's the "joint" where Fitbit decided to latch together different parts of plastic (that are prone to break) in its manufacturing. This particular model doesn't have that flaw - there is no joint around the LED where a weakness can cause the band to break apart (or anywhere else on the band for that matter - it's one continuous piece of rubber). The rubber feels and appears solid, and it's comfortable around the wrist. If you are used to the Fitbit's two prong metal clasp (which I was always concerned would fall off - even though it never has), the buckle on this model might seem problematic, but it is actually unobtrusive and feels very natural during everyday wear. I ordered Navy, and I didn't appreciate, until I received the item, that there is a textured surface to the band that adds subtle class/design to the band when you look at it up close. Now, I switch between this band and my old fitbit one, and given how used I am to wearing a watch around my wrist, I actually don't mind, and often prefer, wearing this to stashing my Fitbit One in a pocket, including during sleep.In sum, for the inexpensive price I paid, this is well worth the investment, and makes my fitbit flex use much more enjoyable. Time will tell whether it holds up to normal use ... but ... so far, so good. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Horrible quality, HOWEVER.... *by C***. on Reviewed in the United States on May 9, 2017* I received these less than 24 hours ago, and one of the bands, my favorite one- go figure, has already broken. Luckily it happened in my sleep so my Fitbit was easily retrievable and not lost for good. I will likely not be buying these again.Day 2, a different band from the same pack broke as well.Updated to add** the company I purchased these bands from have gone above and beyond in making this right with me. They saw I was dissatisfied with the product and immediately emailed me to see what they could do to make it better. I really really appreciate that. Like them better than original Fitbit bands not just because of the amazing price, but great quality. This navy is a deep pretty navy blue unlike the Fitbit original sort of dull blue. I've ordered around 6 other bands off Amazon, same price, from other sellers. Only 1 snapped in place. The other 5 either didn't work at all or went on and always almost caused me to lose my Charge 2 from the off side coming loose. I started to buy another from Fitbit but of course they were 8 weeks backordered so luckily came back to Amazon and kept looking til I saw the great reviews on these. Bought one in plum small also. It's a much prettier and deeper plum.
