I did a LOT of research, and settled on the Velocifire M2 TKL61. The board itself is solidly build, and does not move arond on my desk. I was concerned at first about the lack of adjustable feet on this, but the way the keys are profiled it's not an issue. The keycaps seem well made and durable, though I wonder if the white lettering will wear off in time. I am happy with the Outemu browns, and I may swap them out for other Outemus at some point. I would have liked to see the PCB be swapable for other switch brands, but at this price point it's not a huge takeaway.Others have comment on the dodgy "/?" issue which I feel is addressed with the firmware update you can get on their website. RGB is nice and bright, with a decent number of patterns, but honestly that wasn't a real consideration for me for my use.Nice braided USB cord included.Bluetooth paired easily and is a solid connection so far.The software from the company is basic, and serviceable. I would like to see the ability to map or adjust the layers. As it is, you can only re-map the base layer of the board. The lack of a del key could have been addressed with the ability to map.Overall I am happy with this board, and it saves me room on my desk. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A lot of value in a small package *by P***L on September 4, 2020* This is a specialized, but great keyboard. The compact keyboard frees needed space on my table. The compact size does not interfere with my ability to type.Most of the lighting functions are easy to find and program. The keyboard has good weight and with the rubber feet, the keyboard stays in place. It works well with my Apple Computer.It is a bit heavy to be considered "portable". The mechanical keys are great and far superior to an Apple type of key.The Cons: I wish the keyboard had back feet that could rise. The owner's manual needs expanding and the Velocifire website could use more technical and how to sections. A few video would also be great. All and all, a great value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love my baby *by N***Y on May 12, 2020* I’m not much of a gamer & this is my first RGB keyboard so take my words as a grain of salt: but I really like this keyboard so far.Pros:- love the sound of the keys (it’s not too loud and it’s rewarding)- lots of backlit color combo options, with options to dim/brighten and change the speed of the lights AND make your own color combo- easily connects to my devices (easy instructions to follow)- compact-size and lightweight- great battery lifeCons:- the /? button def needs getting used to bcs you need to press the Fn key + upper arrow (shift) key in order to switch between the two punctuation marks but it’s honestly not a big deal- keyboard is a bit tall for my wrist. My right wrist starts to ache if I use the keyboard too much.
