This product is exactly what it says it is, a feather filled mattress topper. Things to note about feather filled items is that you have to constantly fluff it to keep it fluffy otherwise you’ll have sinking shape issues. It is also good with keeping in heat which I can attest to as I am in a heatwave. It kept me too warm! This mattress topper is very high quality and I like that I’m getting it from Serta, a brand I am familiar with. It’s incredibly comfortable and I don’t have to fluff it as often as I have a queen bed and I am the only one that sleeps in it. It does bounce back to its shape when I get off so I don’t have to fluff it as often as a couple that shares a bed. It feels exactly like sleeping on a cloud and slightly conforming to your body. It is quite thick and I bought it on sale so it was extreme value for the money. I saw reviews of people hearing noise when moving due to the feather but I do not have that issue. One thing I will say is this is probably better suited for people who live in mild, cold climates. I leave near the coast and it’s sunny 90% year round so it will keep me too hot at night, BUT I was looking for feather filled mattress topper for cloud-like comfort for sleep and don’t mind the heat.

I love it! It is very comfortable. I haven't noticed any odor at all. The down top layer and the cotton cover keep the feathers from poking through. It does require fluffing, but I expected that. I have had several other down, feather, and alternative down toppers. All require weekly fluffing. It is a simple chore and worth the effort. A word of advice. I've noticed that many people do not think it is deep/fluffy enough. The 2" refers to the gusset height. The last feather bed topper that I purchased was advertised as 5" and was a 4" when placed on bed. That is way too deep. I sink into it, my hands go numb and my neck is uncomfortable upon awakening. A 2" gusset is the perfect height for me, and probably for most people. I don't think many reasonable people would be dissatisfied with this 2" serta topper. I will say that a latex topper or a memory foam will offer better pressure relief for your knees, hips, and shoulder. I dislike sinking into memory foam. I love the latex bounce, but the down is so cozy, and feels luxurious, without being hot.

Very nice product … worth the money!

My sister told me about this mattress topper. I like the memory foam, but my husband does not. We have had this topper for over a year and we both love it. I do fluff it up and sometimes turn it on the bed when I change the sheets. It gives just enough softness without taking away the firmness of our mattress. Actually, cost less than a memory foam too so that made me happy. I would purchase again.

Love love love, so comfy and great quality. Do wish they had a material that wouldn’t let the feathers poke through. Only had a couple in six months.

Its comfortable when u first get it... but after time of sleeping on it the outside gets all the filling and the inside is flat. I dont recommend this product
