I have very limited mobility right now. I am trying to get back to Yoga, Pilates and Barre. My flexibility has been hindered due to injuries and surgery. I took this band to Physical Therapy with me and even the physical therapists were impressed. The worked with me to show me how to do several stretches that normally would take two people, now I can do them by myself as the loops give me the support I need. Also, the loops are a great way to monitor your progress! This band is of good quality and even comes with a little bag to keep it in! I can't wait to get back in the gym to show everyone! I'm convinced they'll all have to have one for themselves! This is one of my favorite finds this year!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stretch yourself out good *by C***. on Reviewed in the United States on February 26, 2020* My quads seem to get tense and feel like rocks quickly when I am exercising on a stationary bike, or when I am doing planks and other floor exercises. I try to stretch them but without a tool it did not feel good enough. I got this strap to stretch better and yes it works, and it feels very nice. It is long enough to stretch both legs at once. It is also great for stretching hamstrings which tend to cramp up easily, same for calves. Has a little carrying bag if you go out to yoga or workout. One suggestion, the card with instructions has very small print. I could not read it without a magnifying camera. This thing is 9 bucks and is very helpful in getting a good stretch on the lower body. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Labels on the loops *by L***O on Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2019* I bought this to increase my stretching. The stitching and material are very adequate. It doesn’t have any extra padding, but also often those pads get dirty and are hard to clean, so I’m happy. There is a carrying bag, an instruction bag, and the loops are labeled to help do the moves correctly more easily.
