The microphone barely works. Came just packed in a plastic bag. It did hook up quickly and easily at least. ### ⭐ DO NOT EXPECT MUCH IN THE WAY OF QUALITY IMAGE *by T***. on May 9, 2020* WEBCAM says 10X Optical Zoom on front. There is no ZOOM adjustment that I can find. There is no adjustment for focal length. No instructions came w/ it. It's just plug and play. Auto White balance works, but not well at all. (SEE PHOTOS) Photo one is w/ ASUS Monitor built-in webcam, Photo 2, the red faced shot, is the WEBCAM under review here. They were side by side in identical lighting. If you have no WEBCAM and very little money to purchase one this could be acceptable as "better than nothing"... but I cannot recommend it at all. I only gave it 1 star because you cant leave a review w/ ZERO stars. Quality of materials seems adequate but quality of image is very poor and unacceptable. It will cost almost as much to return it to China as I paid for it, and be more trouble than the difference is worth so I will trash it.
