RGBZONE 4 Pin WiFi RGB LED Controller with RF Wireless Remote Control

My spare dual row 5050 RGB LED strip needed a controller to operate the various colors and display modes. More importantly, I wanted an RF (Radio Frequency) remote and a mobile app that functioned with the controller to give me more flexibility in controlling the light scenes. This package gave me all of the above, and as a bonus works with a variety of power supplies, voltages and current, sufficient to drive a long LED strip without loss of power & subsequent dimming etc. Should I later choose to use this with a different LED strip there will be no difficulty due to the broad range of specifications. This is rated for a number of different sizes and types of LEDs including my more robust setup of a 5-meter, dual-row 5050 RGB LED strip which requires higher current and power. Using my own 12v 4amp power supply I plugged this into my LED strip and it worked immediately. On the back of the controller unit is a QR code that I scanned to download a free app for remote operation via my mobile device. The app was easy to download and operate without my even reading instructions. For the included 24-button handheld remote I did have to provide my own battery, but this was correctly noted in the product description so I was expecting this and had the battery ready to insert. No issues with the remote. What I love about the package are the numerous ways I can configure the colors and display patterns. Each setting can be operated from either the handheld remote or the mobile app and are very intuitive. Brightness settings work well too in addition to the color alternating and flashing options that are native to the controller. A MUST HAVE feature is the ability to work and integrate with Alexa and Google voice operated apps and scenes. This was easy to configure on my mobile device with Alexa and the app allowing me to add this to customized scenes withing Alexa. Even though the package did not include a power supply or remote battery I find the value to be very much worth the cost due to the power options and the variety of LED type options this works with. I'm very happy with this unit and will likely purchase more in the future for other projects.

Nice, small controller for a LED strip. It was a little frustrating to get back into pairing mode after changing my network IP, it otherwise, no issues. Syncs well with my phone app and Home Assistant.

This product is amazing! I had some leftover strip lights with a regular hub but I really wanted a smart hub. This hub is great and works really well with google home. Super easy to install and also comes with a remote. Definitely will. buy this again if I ever wire up more lights! :)

I was able to add it to Home Assistant and then to Home kit with a little work. It is not fully controllable with color selection or modes in home kit but at least I can turn it on and off with Siri. Which is what I wanted.

Works great. Replaced a line of sight IR 24v RGB controller with this one and it works great. The RF works 26 times better than IR. I know this because I had to press off on the IR remote 26 times on to different angles to turn it off and only once on the RF remote for the same outcome :)

Bought to replace old switch for LED strip. Works great. Love the ability to control with mobile app.

Worked perfectly with my LED light strip, and the price was right.

I had an old led light that used this type of connection. It was easy to just swap these out and my light worked great !
