Golden Masa Harina Corn Flour, 22oz (4 Pack)

Love the taste of My asa Harina. I use it in my corn bread & its flavor is unmatched.

I added 1 cup this to 1 cup of all purpose flour for my tortilla recipe, and it added an additional tasty flavor to the tortilla outcome.

I bought a tortilla press and this flour at the same time, just wanted to give both a try to see if I could make them salt free. Both the press and the flour were great. The flour is very fine ground but not to the extremity of corn starch, it was a light yellow and had some darker kernel hull bits here and there just like you see in corn meal. It was free of any lumps or rough bits, mixed easily with the water and salt in the recipe and held it's shape when pressed and toasted in the pan. The bag has a recipe for tortilla dough but I was thinking it would make some delicious hush puppies if the dough was a bit thinner. That may be my next recipe to try out!

Really good tasting masa harina. Has a bit of a rustic texture when making tortillas. I like mixing it with a fine ground masa.

Awesome product it just tasted a lot like perfume Will purchase again

We have purchased and used Bob's Red Mill Golden Masa Harina for our own hand made tortillas and after trying many other brands, we believe this is the very best we have used to date. Not only the best flavor but also the best consistency for a tortilla that holds together even the following day after. Yes it's expensive but it's worth it if you want the best. You get what you pay for!

This is the best flour for tortilla making at home.

I am very content with this purchase I like this brand and it was the quality I expected from this brand

Does the trick but is too expensive for the quantity you get.

Está bien pero no es un paquete de 4, solo llega 1
