What causes this? Has new bulb** A: no it sounds like a loose connection. When i installed mine I had to pull the contact points in the harness out a bit before you insert the bulb, that way I knew there would be proper contact. If that does not work the harness if faulty, and I would send it back for a replacement. **Q: Is this kit a pair of taillights or just one** A: It is a pair left and right **Q: Does this kit have both sides or just one?** A: Both sides. **Q: Are these tail lights tinted already?** A: i bought just the bulb kit not the whole tail light kit. The bulbs were standard 1157 clear bulbs.Of course the original lens was standard red plastic. I think the true entire assembly replacement is smoked.
