Review: Perfect, smooth and soothing stomach Lozenge - Because of other reviews I was expecting a stronger flavor, especially the ginger. It actually turned out to have a very mild flavor only a little bit of spice on the back end. Honestly I can't get a good ginger flavor unless I take multiple. To be fair, I suspect I have a high tolerance and affinity for ginger spice. Over all it's not bad. I do wish that it was at least sweeter. They could use stevia (rebaudioside) or monk fruit. Both are water soluble and can be highly concentrated. Perfect for giving the candy a little sweet kick. Personally I would also prefer a stronger, fuller ginger flavor but simply sweetening it more should bring more of the flavor out. One thing I will say. The candies are very smooth. The tend not to have sharp edges to the tongue unless you bight them. Some of them to have bubbles that create a sharp edge but it seems to be relatively minor. To conclude, not too spicy for me but I can understand why others might think so. It has an enjoyable flavor but bland with a slight spicy note on the end. It's perfect if you want just a slight trickle of ginger over time. Edit- Woke up with a bit of a bad stomach (which is over half the reasons I got these.) Popped one in my mouth and... was pleasantly surprised. These seem to be perfect to settle your stomach a bit. Honestly, I suspect that's what they kept in mind while making them. It's just enough to have a real effect. 5/5 AS A STOMACH LOZENGE.
Review: Can't Tell They're Sugar Free - These ginger candies are just as delicious and soothing as ginger candies with sugar. I can't even tell they're sugar free. There's no funny taste at all. As a recently diagnosed diabetic with a queasy stomach from metformin, these are a blessing! Thank you, Dr. John.

**Q: Are these good for getting rid of headaches??**
A: No they are not. They have zero affect on headaches or any other form of discomfort.  They are yummy though :-)

**Q: Product is described as "sugar-free" , but it clearly contains 6g of sugar alcohol, as noted in the nutrition chart. Can someone please explain?**
A: Sugar alcohols are DERIVED from sugar, but are not considered sugar. They don't metabolize the same way, and are typically very low cal/calorie free.  Please look up and read about sugar alcohols.

**Q: Why they have No ginger?**
A: I think that's a question for the manufacturer. I just know they have no taste.

**Q: What are the specific fruit and vegetable juices listed in the ingredients?**
A: Only says fruit and vegetable juice for color, doesn’t list specific ones.
