I'm hoping regular use will prevent arthritis and repetitive strain injury, given that I use computers all day long.The dark blue putty leaves a residue on your hands, but this will stop after about 3 or 4 sessions. I'm hoping this will also be the case with the dark green. The worst thing about the product is the fist-shaped container, which is inconveniently difficult to close and open. A word of warning: Do not bring the putty into contact with another brick of putty. Putty is not therapy putty. It is too firm to work with. Even for a active male who works with his hands.
