It's stiff enough to push and pull but not too stiff to get stuck. I used fish wire to pull from soffit to soffit, piece by piece and then through the attic. I'm glad I decided to go for this cable, it's more expensive but worth the money. Video signals are all ok, no deficit in quality or reliablility.Cons: Too long, I would prefer different length options since I maybe used only half of the roll.Tip: make your life easy and build a simple reel as shown in the picture. I used 5x 15" 2x4 from Lowe's, screwed them together and push a metal rod in.
