I don't like the powdery texture of the ground ginger. A dear friend introduced me to this gem and it has made a world of difference for my GGMS! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Used for skin treatment *by L***R on August 23, 2017* I used medicinally for my skin. My dermatologist recommended that I use ginger on my skin for my hypopigmentation. She told me to cut a slice of fresh ginger off and squeeze directly to the spot. I thought possibly the same could be achieved with this ginger juice. So I used it on a cotton ball and applied directly to my skin every night for the whole entire bottle. It did nothing for the hypopigmentation. But it can be attributed to the fact that I didn't use fresh ginger and I did only for about 2 months. My doctor told me she seen people where it did work- after 6+ months of using ginger daily only. I did have to shake the bottle as the solution would separate. It stayed fresh the entire two months also! And the scent was not overpowering, it was actually nice.On another note, I did use once in cooking. I ran out of ginger paste for one of my recipes, and had to use this in a pinch. My recipe called for 2 tablespoons ginger paste and I subbed with the juice to 1 tablespoons. Never noticed a difference in end result of my stew. Delicious and convenient! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for homemade ginger ale *by G***L on December 7, 2015* I bought a small bottle to try this out. I wanted to make homemade ginger ale, as the ones in the store that use real ginger are quite pricey. I ended up just pouring some of this into sparkling water, without any sweetener, and it is really good. I may try adding a bit of lemon juice in the future.
