Ok so after going back and forth back and forth emailing this company about the issues I've been experiencing with these glasses... I'm finally able to sit down and write a well deserved review. First the "idea" behind the cups are awesome! BUT the cups break EASILY!!!!!! First off I've been using these cups every single day for the past 2 months or so. 3 of them have broken already AND I ordered extra! I was told by the company to "just order more" after I explained to them that one of the glasses actually broke while I was serving it to my child!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It broke apart right at the table! He went to lift it up and it completely separated from the base of the glass!!!!!!!!!!! I made smoothies and was trying measure out a proper serving amount with the glasses and low and behold there was smoothie all over my kitchen table. Thank God my sons tiny hands didn't get cut from lifting the glass! The second incident was while I was getting water out of my water cooler. The glass barely tipped the nozzle and shattered. Now the cups that I do have left are fading!!!! So, after emailing the company they sent me a like to get a discount on a "future purchase" ....I will never make anymore purchases from this company. Great concept but needs improvement... HEAVILY. I had such high hopes for this company because their products are expensive. I also purchased their plate set as well. I did not get my money's worth and their products are extremely overpriced. They are basically taking advantage or profiting off of the fact that, with their product, you can tk measurements straight to the bowl or glass instead of using better plate or glassware and just use regular measuring tools for better portion control. These glasses are a huge help in portion control. It's a steep learning curve for him learning to weigh and measure everything. This product and others by the company just make it a little less difficult. Meal prep is a lot easier when I don't have to get out a separate measuring cup every time I pour something. It also normalizes the process for him. And - they're pretty! On our first meeting with our dietician I took our new plates/bowls/glasses in and she LOVED them - wanted to know where I got them, and thought they were a great idea, and an easy way to help a newly diagnosed diabetic. ### ⭐ Flawed design as not marked correctly for ounces & no customer service *by M***C on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on March 3, 2017* I give these glasses 1 star for more than one reason. I have only used one glass & it is not 8 ounces to the top mark as advertised so if you are using these to watch your calories or sugar consumption in juices please don't rely on the glasses. I used two different liquid ounce measurement cups to check the accuracy of the ounces. I use these to take medication & monitor my water intake so I just have to kind of rely on where 8 & 4 oz. are by the design plus adding or subtracting a little water depending on which amount I want. I am keeping them because they were the only nontoxic cup I could find for the price but someone needs to make something better. The other reason I give them 1 star is because of poor customer service. They sent me emails asking about the glasses to which I replied twice but received no response back. I didn't care for the wording in the last email, "this will be my final email". I just didn't care for their approach & I certainly don't care for a company not responding to emails.
