I cannot recommend this book highly enough. Beautifully presented, with artistic photography and excellent content,it is as much a book for anyone, not just men. There are so many books that have been written along a similar theme, specifically for women, however, they all lack depth, and can appear superficial.There are nine chapters in this book, subjects ranging from ‘Smarter Working’, ‘Health in Mind’, to ‘Nourishment’ and‘Staying In’. Each chapter gives practical, doable advice, and is written with intention.A real pleasure to read.
