Filter Paper 02 White, 100 Count

These are fantastic. They do exactly what they should. They fit, they work, with no added taste. Typically I am not a fan of using bleached products for food. But you should know that there are two methods of bleaching products: Chlorine bleach, and Oxygen bleach. These are oxygen bleached, and do not produce dioxins like chlorine-bleached products may. Hario also has a non-bleached, 'natural', brown version of the same filter. But users report that you need to rinse it at least 1 time otherwise your coffee will taste like paper. So fear not: use the white, oxygen bleached filters, and enjoy your coffee. Pictured is the Hario V60 Plastic, Size 02, Red , which I would also recommend. I had the ceramic one but it broke easily.

Like probably countless others, I have a Hario Switch. Love it. Makes great coffee. But uses filters. I like the natural unbleached paper. They work, cheaper in bulk. Stock up when on sale, you'll need 'em sooner or later. I've went though my first 100 of these already. None of them ripped. They filtered perfectly, enough sticks out of the lip of the Switch so you can grab it and yank it out when dumping the grounds. 5 stars.

These filters do not require pre-rinsing as they are very clean, odorless and tasteless. With these filters, pre-rinsing is more of a prebloom.

These are exactly as expected. They work very well. Recommended.

The product meet expectations

Got tired of store brought filters that constantly tear apart. Finally decided to try Hario and so far so good. Have the 02 and 01 size and both are exceeding my expectation's.

Not much to say about these; they're coffee filters. Some people recommend rinsing filters before brewing pour-over, but I've never had any kind of discernible paper taste make it into the coffee when using these. They get the job done. There are probably cheaper filters available, but these cost like $0.07 per filter at time of writing, so I wouldn't get too hung up on it. If you have a V60, there's a good chance you've got all kinds of dumb coffee stuff that cost way more than these filters did. I typically brew two cups at a time (roughly 36g of ground coffee) and these filters have no issue containing all the grounds. I never have any tearing issues either. They have a pleasant unbleached look, they don't stick together in the package, and they're easy to open.

Ich nutze diese Hario Filter nun schon eine Weile und bin absolut überzeugt. Die Verarbeitung ist – wie von Hario gewohnt – sehr hochwertig. Das Wichtigste für mich: Der Kaffee schmeckt einfach toll. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass die Filter absolut geschmacksneutral sind. Selbst wenn man das Papier vorher nicht mit heißem Wasser durchspült (was bei anderen Marken oft Pflicht ist), habe ich keinen Papiergeschmack im Kaffee feststellen können. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Preis, der im Vergleich zu Standard-Filtern etwas höher liegt. Aber für das Ergebnis in der Tasse nehme ich das gerne in Kauf. Fazit: Trotz des Preises werde ich sie definitiv wieder kaufen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die guten Kaffee lieben.
