The flat tip on the end of each handle is a great makeshift screwdriver and works well to break the vacuum seal on jars. They are comfortable and don’t hurt my small hands. They come apart easily and go through the dishwasher (on the top rack) without any signs of rust or damage. If you are on the fence about these, just get them. You won’t regret it.
