Which will be more effective?** A: Depends on what you're using it for and what you mean by effective. The jury is still out on which lowers blood sugar next but a combination of both is the best course if you want that effect without toxicity. Cassia Cinnamon in excess is what is bad for you but not necessarily in moderation. For taste, Ceylon is great for cooking but not necessarily my choice for baking. If you eat it every day and in a large amount, you either want to go totally go for Ceylon or a combination with much more Ceylon and Cassia sprinkled in for the taste and added effect of the cumulative blood sugar lowering effects and perhaps lowering blood pressure a bit as well.
