The cart does not turn well the front wheels are straight. **Q: what is the weight capacity?** A: 157 weight capacity **Q: Will this hold 2 trashcans full of water?** A: Honestly, I do not know. We never tried to fill it with that much weight. However, it was not a well-made product. The wheel constantly fell off under the weight of two normal filled trash cans. We only used the product for 1-2 months and then trashed it because we got tired of trying to keep the wheels on. We replaced it with a wagon (https://www.lowes.com/pd/Gorilla-Carts-6-cu-ft-Steel-Yard-Cart/999930538). It worked a lot better. Hope this helps. **Q: How well does it work on gravel and grass driveway?** A: works fairly well but it does get loose quickly and comes apart with little problem. We have had ours about 3 years and it is working well enough. WANTED to date this review , wrote to company JJ International thru their web site about wheel missing, they called me personally with in an hour of my email and very nice gentlemen named Jay stated would place wheel in the mail today. That is good customer service. Thank you JJ International. UPDATE received the missing wheel three days after placing call. Great service and good product.
