I ordered a pair about 2 years ago and liked them enough that I was using them for my go to readers. When I went for my annual eye appointment, I had them with me. My doctor asked if I wanted a fresh prescription and I said I was doing well with my “drug store readers” and he asked to see them. His response was “these are really nice” . “Where’d you get these?”A few months ago I was putting armor coating on my phone and thought I’d try it on my glasses. That worked really well and helps keep my glasses clean and scratch free. I just got a new pair a couple weeks ago. Not because I needed to, but I was looking for a different item in my purchase history and saw these and so ordered a back up pair.I’ve dropped these, I’ve sat on them half a dozen times, worn them in all sorts of environments, and generally they’ve not had an easy life. When I’ve bent them I just twist them back into shape. After all that, aside from a few small scratches, (they are a couple years old) they’re good as new. They’re light to wear for hours at a time, comfortable, and almost disappear on your face. Easily the very best “drugstore readers “ I’ve ever had. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hingeless design. Nifty idea, but please read my comments. . . *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2017* Please look closely at the design, because these glasses have no hinges at the temples and if you are a person who needs to pocket these or hang them from your shirt, as an example, for work, it can be a problem. Although the springy metal frame is very flexible, the glasses need to be kept clipped with a little clip that comes with them, or kept in their holder. That having being said, they are very lightweight and feel like nothing at all on your nose. The lenses focus well and the frameless design doesn't interfere with peripheral vision. Their design is a bit unusual and may not be suited for everyone's needs, but all in all, I do like them. They're very inexpensive and they work well. Why not give them a try? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are the most comfortable, lightweight and reasonably priced reading glasses I've ever ... *by M***Z on Reviewed in the United States on October 19, 2016* These are the most comfortable, lightweight and reasonably priced reading glasses I've ever found. I have a wide face and difficult to fit. Most store bought readers are made for a face the size of a child so they pinch my temple. These glasses look, feel and fit exactly like my $1,200 Silhouette prescription glasses purchased from a high dollar eyewear store. They do take some gentle tweaking to adjust the nose pieces for the bridge of the nose. The Silhouettes were the same. I compared them side by side. Both Silhouettes and these less costly reader glasses appear to be manufactured in the same manner with similar parts and attachments. Of course there are lense difference but if you can get by with readers, save your money and buy these. They are a great frameless, floating look and people see your eyes, not your frames. These frameless glasses also open up your vision so you don't have the tradition blind spots with designer framed glasses. I wear glasses all day working at a pc, sewing machine, needle work, reading, cooking, etc. and these do not give me pain at the bridge of the nose which results in migraine headaches. Also, the bent side pieces do not rub or pinch my temples causing headaches. Who doesn't want fewer migraine headaches!! I love these glasses so much I ordered 4 more pair immediately. (They do not fold flat to carry in your pocket.) Now I can have a pair in each general work area and don't have to worry about carry 1 pair everywhere I go. They do require a generous size case if you carry them in your purse, so I carry a slightly larger handbag now. They come in a plastic case, but I bought a felt lined case to help protect the lenses. I thought plastic lenses on plastic casing would scratch over time.
