Upon opening the package my high expectations were immediately thrown out of the window. For starters, the labels were completely in a disarray. It literally appeared that some of them were shadowed out. Being the person I am, I would normally disregard it, and proceed with doing my nails however squeezing the gel out of the tubes required serious man power. My husband and I tried everything including putting the tubes in room temperature water to soften up the gel. After realizing that I needed to speak with someone from the company and voice my concerns, I reached out to the company via their Facebook, Instagram, and through Amazon’s email portal. The only response I received days later was via their Instagram account. As of today, I have yet to receive a resolution for my issue.To sum it all up, I literally had high hopes for this kit. I am a builder gel fanatic. The price and the colors did also play a great deal in me purchasing this kit. Boy was I wrong! Gershion prides itself on being 8 years in the making so I assumed that their products were going to be up to par. In fact, I honestly feel like I received one of their test/protocol kits that were created within the 8 years in the making. Ladies, please save your coins. This company failed to provide a resolution for this issue.
