Can you condition prior to using mails flash

I often condition along with Flash when I need extra moisture. Seems to work fine. When I'm in a hurry, I just use Flash.

Is this curly girl method approved?

I have naturally curly hair and I love it. It makes my hair shiny and feeling smooth.

Can you leave a small amount of this on for styling?

I use it as a leave in. I think it would smooth but I wouldn’t use it for heat styling.
