Truly a must
Tried it with Toddlers... Waouw, THE thing that saves your back and their legs!It is more than easy to use and remove (just a little annoying for lift) it stays in your pocket if you don't use it and Toddler loved it!Met some ski instructors who highly recommend it, specially if you do teach your kids yourself.Very efficient on young kids because their legs aren't strong enough to keep the pizza shape constantly, so this device is encouraging and motivating and it does more than we were hoping for!

Broken after less than one day on the slopes
The product worked great until the threads on the tightening bolt stripped after just a handful of runs.My 5 year old made great progress after about an hour with this product so I removed the Easy Wedge from his ski tips to try a few runs without it. After 2 runs without the Easy Wedge he wanted them back on. As I was reattaching the Easy Wedge to his skis, one of the bolts stripped and would not tighten enough to grip the ski. This is a very cheaply made product. These are probably okay if you plan to leave them attached for a long time but they are definitely not durable enough to be attached and reattached multiple times.

Gets my 3-year old skiing intermediate runs with minimal falling. Goes on easy, but will come off if played with or in a big fall. Downside is that it may make skiing too easy -- at some point it will have to come off, and then we'll probably regress a bit.

As a Children's ski instructor there are times you have to use tools to get a child to feel the sensation of a wedge or develop the muscle memory. I have used many similar products to the easy wedge. The easy wedge does not use surgical tubing that goes bad quickly. I also like the stronger teeth, they are good for bigger kids. I read the reviews, so before using, I super glues the rubber piece of the clamp on, and have had no problems.

Great product
Easy to use. Goes on and off quickly. Really helped my grandson learn quickly to ski.

Just ok
The idea is perfect. My 4 year old having never been on skis was able to learn how to stop very quickly. However the clips kept coming off. I adjust the screw so much that it was even digging into the ski a bit and still they would come off with a minor spill or good tug. The clip has metal spikes on one side and a soft rubber "toe" on the other. That soft rubber keep coming off and I would have to find it in the snow. I believe that is the flaw in the design. I will likely glue them on before next season. I would recommend the older styles that are just thumb screws. Others on the slope had them and were not having the same issues I had.

These were terrible! No matter what I did I could not get them to stay attached to the skis. I'm a ski instructor working with children so this is a problem. I tried them on my skis to see if I could figure out the problem, nope, they would not stay in place at all...AND they left deep gouges in the surface of my skis. Thankfully I used an old pair to try these on, otherwise I would not be happy. But this product is useless.

but some ski hire places may not like it. The cord is bungee and replaceable
Did the job, but were very difficult to remove for the kids ski thickness we had. loosening it a turn made it too loose. Also the teeth do bite into the Ptex on the ski bottom, which is mainly cosmetic, but some ski hire places may not like it.The cord is bungee and replaceable, but doesn't allow too much movement, so getting back on magic carpet requires unclipping one in most cases. The good thing is, you only need it for a few days before the kid gets it. :-)

brilliant bit of kit for kids learning to ski
Brilliant bit of kit for kids (and adults) learning to ski. keeps the tips of the skis together to help maintain a snowplough position.Bungee cord seems to be a bit flimsy but actually works fine.
