Over the years I collected a drawer full of broken sets of plastic measuring cups. For Christmas I asked for a really nice set of measuring cups that would not break and that were a complete set. My wife ordered me this set of cups. They are beautiful stamped stainless steel. I opened them on Christmas and put them to work. While working with the 1 cup measure I noticed a manufacturing defect in the rim. It had been stamped incorrectly. I e-mailed the address on the warranty card describing the problem and asking how to fix it. Much to my surprise I received a reply within an hour ON CHRISTMAS DAY! I provided pictures of the defect and the company said they would send me a cup to replace the one in my kit. Several days ago I received a package in the mail with a replacement and a gift from the company along with a hand written note apologizing for the issue. This is an amazing product backed by great customer service. I cannot recommend this product enough! If you cook you need this set of measuring cups. Indigo True Company has made me a customer for life. No grips or anything to deteriorate or fall off. I love that there's other measurements on the sides because I'll often just use one cup and guesstimate. The holder ring is very nice because it has an actual clasp and isn't like the plastic pull apart ones.
