Defective Bosch Car Battery
Bought a Bosch car battery from them in July 2025. Got less than 1-yrs use…defective and now won’t hold a charge. Reached out to the seller as Bosch has a free replacement up to 36 months. They wanted me to cover $50 to ship it back. Negative experience won’t buy from again!

Fits 2019 Suburban
Installed in a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban. The old battery has to be layed on it's side and then pulled out from the front, due to idiotic positioning by GM engineers. New battery has to be installed the same way - layed down and once in place, stand it up. Fits and works with no issues. Very heavy battery - hopefully it will last as promised.

Warranty is not being honored
If you plan to purchase a product from Parts Synergy just know they will make it a headache to honor the product’s warranty. I reached out to them first and they kept ignoring my request by stating “Amazon order details are gone nothing we can do” yet I was able to pull up the order details. Amazon support stated to reach out to Bosch (battery’s manufacturer) and Bosch told me the seller is responsible to honor the warranty. I noticed Parts Synergy and they still are choosing not to honor the warranty. Amazon support sent them a message and Parts Synergy responded “contact Amazon” which just highlights the lack of customer service because the seller didn’t even realize it was an Amazon support agent.

A Great Battery Shipped Quickly, Packaged Well
I usually purchase auto batteries locally. This was my first online purchase of an auto battery. I have the Bosch AGM battery and needed a replacement. The company offered excellent customer service- responded to questions almost immediately. I thank Taylor, the representative, for the responses and for shipping the battery with care. A very heavy item to ship. The Bosch battery works great and arrived undamaged.
