The color-coded pouches are very roomy in and of themselves, giving me ample room, for example use the green bag to hold my stethoscope and BP cuff together. On that note, I would recommend the product because, as another reviewer stated, the color coded bags are a good way to be able to not only keep yourself organized but also to have someone not versed in EMR/EMT procedures still be able to help. ("Hand me the blue bag" as opposed to "Get me the nasopharyngeal airway.") The side pockets and front pocket are VERY roomy and have numerous loops and small pockets to hold items as well. (I currently have more loops and pockets than I do items!) With the 4 pouches inserted as shown in the picture, the removable sectioned partition has ample room for whatever other various items you may need to carry. The bag construction itself is sturdy, and I anticipate a long life of usage as I carry this in my vehicle and to work with me.
