Zoomer Car Seat Stroller, Black

This thing is bomb! Had been looking at the carts that pull the car seat but decided to spring for this one and so glad I did! I travel a ton by myself with my 13 month old. Up until a few months ago he was small enough to be in the infant carrier that clicks into the stroller and I would easily just gate check both. Now that he's bigger he has outgrown the infant seat. I was stumped on how I was going to lug my 99% toddler, the heavy carseat, stroller and my luggage by myself. I have the Graco4ever car seat and it easily clips right into the Zoomer and pushes right up to the airline seat, quickly folds down and stores in overhead storage. My son is 30 pounds and 33 inches tall @ 13 months old and still not walking. I can easily push him in this with one hand while pulling my luggage in the other. The front wheel allows you to swivel and turn and the handle is adjustable. It's genius!

I was originally in love with this item. It was easy to use and made traveling with my infant and car seat seamless. I got a lot of compliments on it from airline staff. However, we only got to use it for 2 flights (one round trip travel)! On the way to our vacation destination, everything worked smoothly. Once at our destination, we stored the Zoomer and didn't use it at all. Then on our return trip, we started having trouble with the telescoping handle. It was getting stuck in the fully up and fully down positions. By the time we got home and unpacked it from the trunk, we couldn't get the handle back open and upon pulling a bit, the entire handle bar came out of the metal frame and we couldn't fix it. I tried contacting the company by phone and email and received no response which was very disappointing. Had they responded and offered to fix or replace it, I would rate this higher but the poor customer service adds to the disappointment of the purchase. Update: Despite the broken handle, we continued to use the zoomer and it has made traveling through the airports so much easier! I would recommend especially for parents traveling solo with the kids.

This is one of the best products I have ever used. I've been a mom for 35 years and a grandma eight as well as a traveler with my children and grandchildren and this made our trip so easy. Our baby was secured in her car seat as well and traveled like a princess. The unit stowed in the overhead easily and the car seat was secure on the unit. I honestly could have sold 50 of these during the four days we were on our trip. We did not have to take a stroller with us either, it doubled as one. I would suggest it to any family that travels and takes their own car seat with them. I did have the opportunity to talk to Lilly Gold about an upgrade and improvement and she was very accommodating. Their customer service is excellent so you have no worry when purchasing this product.

This is an amazing idea, it works very well and makes taking a car seat on a flight much more reasonable. We have a Diono RTX car seat which is a heavy seat, it's awkward to lug on and off of flights but with the Zoomer I just pushed the kid + car seat right up to our seats. U latched the car seat, and popped it into the plane seat, threw the Zoomer under the seat in front and that was it. Done. I truely love the concept, that being said... We are now on our second Zoomer. The first barely made it to the hotel and then one of the wheels was falling off. I contacted customer service, who do not answer their phones, AT ALL. I then sent a few emails requesting assistance acquiring the missing end caps to hold the wheel on. It's been 4 days, no one has gotten back to me. I cannot express how disappointed I am with Lilly gold. Thankfully Amazon saved the day (my Zoomer was shipped via Amazon!). I contacted Amazon about the broken & now missing parts and without missing a beat, they sent a return tag and had a new Zoomer shipped out to our hotel. I am hoping that the one I had originally was simply defective and our new Zoomer will hold up much better. I will update after our return flights to hopefully give this little beauty a few more stars. Update! Our trip home was long and extensive due to cancelled and redirected flights, but the best news is that our second Zoomer held up much better this time. This trip consisted of going from hotel, to airport, then a terminal transfer, delayed flight, then cacelled flight. Trip to the hotel, then back to the airport. Our flight was diverted mid-flight to a new airport, which we had to traverse before getting on another flight, and then landing and heading home. The problems with our previous Zoomer did not seem to affect this one at all. The wheel caps stayed in-tacked and the wheels stayed firmly on our zoomer. It was a breeze through the airports as well as hotels :) I'm very happy we ordered a second one!

Great product. I'm glad this product came out before I purchased one without front wheels. Highly recommended for use in airports, and for any other time you need a car seat but can't leave it in the car you're using. People in the airport stopped to ask me about it, and I highly recommended it. UPDATE- the product is great. We bought another one when ours got lost, but the new one came with a piece missing. I contacted the manufacturer, and after many reminders they finally sent me the missing axle cap and keepers- because by then, the wheel keeper had fallen off so the wheel did not stay on, and I couldn't use it for my trip until they remembered to send the new keepers. Now the keeper fell off again, and the MANUFACTURER, Lilly Gold LLC, IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS requesting a couple of keepers. I am so upset because it's a great product, specifically because of the front wheel. While I was trying to contact the manufacturer, the item has become unavailable for purchase so I can't even replace it. It looks like they are trying to focus on their other product, the "5-in-1 sit and stroll." Beware of this manufacturer. I would recommend buying from Amazon and dealing with Amazon if you buy something from this manufacturer. I have this great item that is useless because it's missing a tiny plastic piece. I would gladly update this review again if they respond and send or even sell me the part! I really love the product, but it's down to a generous 1 star because I'm left with nothing.

I wanted my daughter to ride rear-facing in her car seat on the plane, for her safety. This product was recommended by a friend, and I really liked it! We used a Graco Size4Me convertible car seat and it was awesome. It's a little top heavy so just be careful on the turns, but otherwise, it's great. Smooth ride. You're technically not supposed to rear face the seat on the Zoomer because they want you to use the extra top tether to secure the seat to the Zoomer frame but my seat was already reclined for the rear-face so I rear-faced it on the Zoomer, so that my daughter was facing me while I walked/ pushed her and it really was fine. I used the rear-facing latches of the car seat on the Zoomers latch bars and it worked great! I wanted to let some Moms know these things: During security in the airport, they made me take my daughter out of the car seat, take the car seat off of the Zoomer and fold up the Zoomer. I then had to put the Zoomer through the x-ray machine conveyor belt and also the car seat. Then carry my daughter through the "walk through". This really was annoying. I wanted to just roll the whole thing, daughter included, through the "walk-through" but they wouldn't let me. Also, I flew Southwest and I couldn't roll the Zoomer with the car seat down the aisle. My car seat was too wide. So my husband grabbed the folded up Zoomer while I carried my daughter in the car seat down the aisle to our seats. Go Mommy. Lol. Despite these little airport/ airplane annoyances, I loved the Zoomer. Good purchase. Also, for those complaining that your infant seat rocks too much on this- yes, you're right. Infant seats can easily "roll" in their travel systems (the stroller that goes with your car seat). This product is designed for seats that have a flat bottom, for when your child is older that do not come with travel systems (matching strollers).

It serves it's purpose, but is not great quality, the handle is wobbly, not easy to stear. it is a lot of money for what it actually is.

For the price I expected something with much more durable and designed better. The stroller itself is easy to use, however the lever does not lock tight even with seat attached, as a result the whole thing feels wobbly when pushing. I returned it as it was not the quality I expected for price point.
