Not sure how that works. They are ideal to have in your bathroom after stools. After your last wipe with toilet paper, wipe with one or two of these to prevent/relieve itching or burn. I also recommend the tucks cream as a last addition. I did have to subtract one star. Tucks really dropped the ball when it comes to packaging these pads. They should add a seal because every time I order one it comes in leaking. I received one order where the pads were practically dry because all of the medication spilled during transit. However, the medication is great. Feels great after every stool. No more burning.
