The height adjusts easily so I can do tasks at whatever height is most comfortable (I lower it to peel potatoes into a bucket, then raise it to cut potatoes at counter height). It rolls very smoothly. The saddle seat is far more comfortable for long use, and is more stable than a regular flat stool while rolling around. Being able to scoot around the kitchen and easily adjust height to the task (washing dishes, meal prep, getting things in and out of the oven, unloading the dishwasher, etc), this saves a lot of energy and helps avoid bending a lot.
