I've been using it several times a week and have noticed my PF pain after I run has been a lot less. After long runs I would be in a slight limp, and after a few weeks of using the Mobo board, there is still pain, but no more limping after long runs. My one complaint is that the rocker pieces don't have any grip on them, so if you are using the board on a slick surface like wood floors, it can slide while doing certain exercises on them. I plan on gluing an old resistance band to that part to get more grip on it. It's a piece of bamboo wood from what I can tell and it does seem solid. While it is expensive for what it is, I think it is worth it as it is very hard to target your big toe and strengthen it otherwise. Hopefully continued use of this product along with stretching and massage will help totally get rid of my plantar fasciitis! I am hopeful after some use with this product. Review: Incredible results. I feel 20 years younger now I can wear young shoes. - I'm a competition dancer. I had both knees replaced. I thought I'd never get to wear my high-heeled dance shoes again. Most elite athletes and dancers use all of their toes for balance and have a well rounded/developed foot.** A: I’m not the inventor or a physical therapist but was told by my PT that this is the best tool there is for improving foot and leg function and balance. By isolating the big toe you use the rest of your foot and your whole leg up to your glutes. This is not a toy! The exercises are challenging and they rediscover muscles that you haven’t used for years. The good news is it really works to restore function and balance. **Q: Are there inserts/attachments to fill in the gap for the rest of the toes? I'm thinking of how to do progressions/regressions of certain movements.** A: This is specifically designed to let those toes drop into the gap. Defeats the purpose based on my PT who recommended the MOBO. **Q: Does the Mobo come with the resistance band ?** A: I ordered mine off the mobo site and it came with a tube-like resistance band.
