Beautiful High Quality Journal!!
I absolutely LOVE this bullet journal! After a few years of bullet journals that had thin paper, binding that wore out, and poor quality covers, I found this. This bullet journal has high quality paper that has a beautiful off white creamy color, and it is thick enough so that my pens do not ever bleed through. The journal can lay completely flat on a table, and the binding is strong and did not wear out after a year's worth of use. It also has not one, but two built in ribbons for marking pages, which is super helpful for tracking different things. I got the navy blue one, and it is beautiful! Perfect for a year's worth of note taking or bullet journaling, highly recommend!

Good journal for BUJO
I order this every year. It works well for BUJO except markers do bleed through unless they're washable ones. Nice soft cover. I do wish the pages were numbered since I have to do that myself. It does have 2 ribbon book marks and an elastic cover fastener which are all helpful. I never use the pen holder because the pen tends to fall out depending on the type. Worth the money - cheaper than the official BUJO but actually better quality paper.

Love this journal!!!
Edit again You know how they say you don’t miss something until you’ve had it? I bought a similar journal at Walmart. Not nearly as nice, no pen loop and the paper doesn’t compare. What it does have though that I fell in love with is an index and page numbers already done. If only this Rettacy dot grid journal had an index and page numbers. Their lined journals do. I am missing the pen loop and the wicked strong paper though. Edit This thing is a beast. There's only one pen I've found that bleeds, not much ghosting if any. It takes pencil well, and I've been using/abusing it for four months. The cover is still in great shape. I can hardly get over how well the cover is doing. Except where I've written on it it's like new! Even the elastic has lasted. A plea to the makers... please don't change a thing. I love this journal. The best part is the paper weight while being a dot grid journal. I can use my favorite pens again! I also like how many pages, the pocket in the back... I could go on. I'm not crazy about the cover. It feels great in your hands, it's just that I tend to be rough on things and am not sure if it will hold up to my abuse. Only time will tell I suppose. The dots are great! They're not so light that you can barely see them and they aren't dark enough to overwhelm the page. It's helping to make bullet journaling fun again. I'll buy it again and again as long as it stays as good as it is.

Great quality, especially for the price
I needed a journal for the single-player RPG Thousand Year Old Vampire, and I almost didn't buy this one because of other reviews that said the rows didn't line up at all across pages. But all the alternatives I liked were way more expensive and/or had major ghosting issues, so ultimately I decided to give this one a try first. I'm glad I did, because the rows in my copy are basically aligned! They do jog very, very slightly between pages, but it's the kind of thing you likely won't notice at all unless you're attaching a physical item with a straight edge (like washi tape) across pages. I particularly enjoy the quality of the paper, and it's working well with a fountain pen. Writing in Diamine Oxblood (lol) in a TWSBI GO with a "stub" 1.1 nib, I am not seeing any bleeding or feathering, and the ghosting, while visible, is minimal and doesn't rise to a level I would consider distracting. Almost everything I wrote dried very quickly without the need for a blotter. I was also easily able to sketch and erase page designs in pencil when drafting my layouts, without damaging the page or smearing the ink. An additional pleasant surprise was that the elastic pen loop actually fits my big fat pen, though it takes a little shoving to get it in. It's also great that the binding is stitched, so I'm not worried about losing stray pages. I appreciate the range of colors (great for color-coding projects to grab the right journal at a glance), but I wish there were even more! The included stencils were fine, but they don't seem to at all be matched to the scale of the dot grid, with the designs being so small it's hard to imagine actually making use of most of them. Particularly for the sheet with banner designs, it would be great to get larger shapes with heights corresponding to multiples of the row height of the journal. I've attached a photo to illustrate (1) the rows nearly lining up across pages; (2) the slight ghosting visible on the back of the left-hand page; and (3) the way the pen writes on the right-hand page.

A+ for bullet journaling
I recently got into bullet journaling and bought this on a Reddit recommendation. I've been a notebook enthusiast my whole life but really all that means is I have ADHD and a massive graveyard of notebooks that start out organized and end up being sloppy messes with half filled-out pages until the next notebook comes along. I digress. There is A LOT of notebook here! The pages are perfectly consistent, and there's a tear-out page in the back to test markers even. Alcohol markers and Sharpies will bleed but it holds up great against Poscas, mild liners, highlighters, gel pens, and my weapon of choice the Uni-ball Vision. The paper has a slight "slickness" to it that makes for clean spreads as long as you don't run your big ole meat paws all over your freshly penned lines like I tend to do constantly. The pocket in the back is handy. It comes with stencils but I haven't used them much, I prefer the chaos of ruining my spreads with freehand. The pen loop is perfect and seems to be holding up well even with moderate use (I track EVERYTHING. That pen comes out 10x a day). I've been using it daily for almost 3 months now and this notebook has been a champ. My only complaint -- and the reason I can't give this notebook a full 5 stars -- is that the binding is starting to get a little wobbly. I don't foresee this being a huge issue, just something to be aware of if loose and wobbly bindings are your biggest pet peeve (which would be strange considering the multitude of other things one could choose to be peeved about but whatever). As seasoned bullet journalists will tell you, there are A LOT of options for bujo and many of them don't come cheap. My experience has been that this is an excellent starter journal for the beginner bujo-er (Bujoian? Bujoese? Idk) at a very affordable price point. I would not hesitate to recommend this notebook to a friend, but definitely not an enemy because if my enemies start bullet journaling I'm afraid their no doubt superior organizational skills would probably lead to them getting the upper hand on me. But friends definitely. I tried recommending it to my therapist however he's still miffed that I wasted an entire session on how happy I am to have a spread dedicated to cleaning and organization. Get this bad boy. You won't regret it.

Durable for your art journaling needs
UPDATE: First Image - Before Last Image- After 1 year Its officially been 1 year since I started creative journaling in this. Mind you, the amount of paint, glue, paper, etc this book has gone through has been INSANE, and the first bit section of pages have separated from the spine, i am still unbelievably impressed by the durability of this journal and the quality of paper. I NEVER write reviews for products on Amazon, so this probably says a lot. I recently started getting into creative/art journaling as a way to process my thoughts and emotions. This journal so far has been absolutely amazing for this project. The paper is fantastic and holds up extremely well with gouache paints, tacky glue, and numerous spreads utilizing heavier cardstock, lace, fabric, flowers, etc. There *can* be a little bleed-through from the back of the page if you use very wet markers or ink, but otherwise fantastic. The spine of this journal is holding up well with the thick pages filled with artwork and things. This journal has two bookmark ribbons and a very nice fold-out pocket in the back for storing little notes and things too. I highly recommend this journal and I plan on buying more of these in the future. (Bonus is its thicc. Lots of pages.) Hope this helps! Update: I am now well over half way through this journal. I've been taking gouache paints to the pages and it has been holding up extremely well. With the amount of content being glued or taped into this journal at this point, the first few binded pages are pulling loose a bit from the string that keep the paper in check at the spine, but the thing is holding strong!

Always get these for my bullet journaling!
These are the BEST journals. I get one every year for my bullet journal, I am about to start my FIFTH bullet journal (all with these journal). I love the colors, markers don’t bleed through too bad (although the larger capacity journal bleeds a little more than the one with less pages for some reason?), the size is perfect and the pages are nice and thick. I will always buy these each year and I hope they never stop making them

Great journal, well made, thin pages, careful with wet media like paint or markers.
A very nice item. Paper wasn't as thick as I was used to, but I liked all the colors it came in and the size matched the others I've used as journals in the past. There was a small amount of ghosting with some of the things I liked to do in my other journals, so I used it mostly for writing with regular pens. A lot of people wouldn't be bothered by the minor ghosting, I'm sure, but I don't like it when shadows of previous art shows behind images I take of my pages. If you just want a writing, sticker, or colored pencil journal, this would be great.

Me encanto
Hojas gruesas con linda textura y no se manchan cuando borras el lápiz. Tiene dos separadores de cordón que la hacen más práctica aún.
