Didn't work for me
Not sure what I am doing wrong, but this rennet didn't work for me. There are no instructions, I tried warmer and cooler temperatures, 43C, 40C, 38C, after several hours milk still doesn't thicken. I am not new to the process, but recently can't find my usual rennet.

El producto especifica que son 4 sobres de 1 gr. de Cuajo, sin embargo sólo llegaron 3 y una bolsa de té, por lo tando no incluye la cantidad comprada de cuajo. No lo regrese porque ya tenía planeado utilizar el cuajo en la semana que lo compre.

Product did not work for me.
Lack of clear and understandable instructions and guides. It is only a small effort for such a product sold globally to print a few pages of clear guides, tips, usage for different purposes and quantities etc in perfect English. The product packaging is for extremely large milk volumes and if the package is mixed, it is supposed to be used quickly. Therefore it would be best to divide the product in smaller packets for smaller milk volumes. Based on the manufacturer's own case studies, sample recipes should be provided with best recommendations.
