The instructions came SO close to being good enough. I had to refer to their website video instructions to get past the part where I was trying to get the outer shell off, and I did finally get that done. Then, the connectors were so easy to remove, once you knew which little part to flip up to release the cable - again, had to watch the video.Sadly, my luck ran out when I was trying to disengage the glass cover - the whole assembly is held in place by a tiny plastic post with a notch, over which the screen assembly is snapped on - if I had just popped that little section up, it would have come right off. Instead, I couldn't figure it out, gently trying different things, and BARELY torqued the screen, which immediately ruined the LCD. To their credit, they did warn that the LCD is extremely fragile.I would have happily spent the extra money to get the full replacement kit - glass screen AND LCD - the replacement would be a lot simpler. ### ⭐ Can't replace the screen *by L***. on Reviewed in the United States on January 9, 2013* This isn't a full replacement kit. All you get is a screen with no way to hold the LCD screen in place the directions that come with it leave out the entire part about the LCD screen and the directions are for a kit that has the LCD screen. I thought I was getting the whole kit but it isn't the entire kit. Go buy your replacement kit for this somewhere else. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Watch video, Be careful *by P***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 31, 2014* Alas, my mistake is the same as every other review. This is a good product and I would do it again. HOWEVER, watch the video repair guide on YouTube and forget the paper instructions that come with the packaging. IF you follow the video I'm pretty sure you'll be successful. iCracked CS has been good, but since I only got the screen digitizer and not the LCD full assembly there really isn't much I can do but buy the full assembly or give it up as a loss since I broke the LCD separating it from the mid-board. iCracked is offering a discount, but not a lot. The tools are good quality in this kit.
