I purchased the 90% l-dopa product before and can not find it. Do you still manufacture it?

It didn't work a bit. Don't waste your money

This improved my mood but also caused insomnia. Does it contain caffeine, from the green tea?

Pure Encapsulations DopaPlus does not contain stimulants. DopaPlus is generally well tolerated, and the ingredients have not been reported to cause insomnia. The green tea is decaffeinated.

How long does it take to feel the effects of this supplement? Immediately or over time (weeks).

In regards to seeing improvement of ADHD symptoms, the book I'm reading (Finally Focused by James Greenblatt) says it takes about two weeks. The schedule he outlines is this: Take 1 pill, twice a day (total of two pills a day), for two weeks. This is a necessary warm up period so unbalanced brains can get used to the new neurotransmitters being created. After two weeks increase the dose to 2 pills, twice a day (total of 4 pills a day), for two weeks If needed, after two weeks increase to 3 pills, twice a day (total of 6 pills a day), for two weeks I would presume that if nothing is felt after that, then you'd want to talk with your doctor. If you have a deficiency in something, when it becomes balanced you may be able to cut back.
