I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and struggle with fatigue, loss of energy, forgetfulness, etc... I take synthroid, which regulates my thyroid hormone, but has no affect on how I feel, which I find strange. So I figured I'd try this and so far so good. I have no adverse reaction to it and I do take it along with my synthroid (not at the same time). I feel more energized, but not to the point of feeling wired and jittery. As of now I only take it once a day (in the morning). I have not ventured into taking it twice a day, but plan on it. Will likely start it on the weekend in case I am up all night. So basically if the price is reasonable, I would recommend giving it a try. I paid around $20 and if I continue to have the same success I will repurchase at that price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Feeling good.
