There are a lot of options out there but I knew the price point I was comfortable staying in and this filter was the best blend for versatility (3-11 stops) and price. I didn't see the benefit in getting an ND filter with a smaller stop range such as 3-5 or 7-11 etc. This ND filter covers the entire range in one package. And the adjustment ring feels high quality and has really good feedback when stopping down or up. I saw some people complaining about the grid pattern you get sometimes when stopping down on other ND filters, but I haven't experienced that problem. This ND filter has been nothing but perfect for me. I was able to shoot at 11 AM with with harsh light and overpower the sun with my flash for a recent shoot while staying under 1/250 sec. I definitely recommend this ND filter if you need to stop down for whatever type of photography you're into.The only issue you may have with this ND filter is trying to use a lens hood with the filter as they may not fit with one another. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AMAZING ND Filter! Worth the buy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good not expensive ND filter *by R***R on July 20, 2022* the filter does the job.- I'm lazy to remove my UV filter and having that ND on the UV filter creates tiny vignetting. You can say it is not the ND filter but the user who has to remove the existing filter(s) he has. But from the other side, many people use protective/UV filter and then want in addition to use the ND. so this is a subjective point and I write about it as it is.- People report about some heavy black areas the filter creates on the image. It is there, if you don't know how to use the filter. If you turn the filter in the designed angle, the image is fine.- I do want to notice the filter is lacking marking of what position gives what ND level. It is also not clear from where and until where is the designed turning points.
