Dritz 9480W Non-Roll Woven Elastic, White, 1-1/2-Inch by 10-Yard

This is the best elastic for waistbands, hands down. I sew all my own clothing and this is the only elastic I like to use. It hold up really well, I’ve had no issues with anything I’ve put it in even years after making. I reorder another box of it every time I run out, and will continue to do so. Sure there are cheaper elastics out there, but I’d rather stick with something sturdy, comfortable, and long lasting!

Good price for a large amount. I use this to replace the flimsy elastic in many pants. It doesn’t roll. Washes well. It is stiff and not soft like underwear bands. Comfortable around my waist.

Slightly stiff, holds it's form well. Fantastic for suspenders. Use sharp needles if sewing.

It is a very strong elastic. It is stiff so doesn’t roll over. Very suitable for skirts and pants, not underpants.
