Well is was way to cold to use it. Once it warmed up a bit our daughter could not wait to ride it! She went on her first ride and absolutely loved it and decided to let her younger sister test it out. Her little sister drops it and completely breaks the throttle! Everyone was so upset and we decided to give it a shot to contact the company to get it fixed. Jetson was hands down an awesome company. No question asked they sent us a free shipping return label, took the scooter back and sent her a brand new one in a incredible timely matter. We have a happy daughter and would buy from this company again. I haven't had ANY issues whatsoever. The only downfall is that the battery might run out after 1 hour of straight use not braking (so you can give yourself an idea how long the battery lasts) Great for urban use since its a compact scooter and can take it into stores anywhere (haven't had any issues so far). After a week of minimal use the throttle on one would not work. I contacted Jetson to troubleshoot. At first they were very helpful. We confirmed it was the throttle and Maryam said she would be in touch when a new handle piece would be shipped to replace the broken one. Jetson confirmed in email the throttle piece was under warranty. Two weeks later I called again sinceI had not heard when it would ship. When I contacted Jetson again, I spoke to a woman named Chris who immediately said that "unfortunately they do not cover the throttle under their warranty. The throttle breaks easily" and wanted me to purchase a new one for $59.99 plus shipping. We are returning the scooter to Amazon. It is too bad they are nice scooters, but beware they break easily and are not covered under warranty.UPDATE: All three scooter have had issues and are unreliable.
