My ring fits snug and I don’t feel it at all during the day. Wouldn’t wouldn’t recommend sleeping with it on. I personally swell up when I sleep and I’ve forgotten to take off my ring before sleeping and I definitely felt a slight cut off of circulation from my finger and had to remove the ring in the middle of the night. But that’s just me. Besides that, I would highly recommend this over other resizers.
