The elastic fits well on my wrist. My wrist pains while lifting heavy weights have reduced eventually with the help of this grip. But the velcro seems to be losing it's strength after using it for a while. Other than that, the product is good and the quality is also awesome. I would recommend this product to heavy lifters and bodybuilders who would want a sturdy wrist grip for their routines.
