Painless. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product and great customer service *by V***L on 18 May 2026* I bought the kit ahead of my builders installing posts and gates, which was then delayed by 2 months. When I got to install the kit, the 30 days Amazon return window had closed, and unfortunately one of the arms had an issue where the gate would either be fully open, or closed, and then stop responding. I contacted Topens support and received excellent responses from them - clear instructions on troubleshooting, and timely responses to my replies to them. Once it was agreed that the arm was a faulty, a replacement was sent immediately. The features are sensible - gate speeds, stall force settings, arm travel, master / slave arm, auto closure time, etc. and with the use a a seven segment display, setting them on the controller were very easy. The installation video available is well worth watching before installing, as it familiarises you with the product and process, ahead of doing it.
