I love this product, the exhaust fan is absolutely amazing and it was very easy to install and the lighting is great..

Love the very sleek and streamlined design of this range hood. Recessed into our existing area. Lights are perfect and they dim! Fan is powerful and I don’t think it’s too loud. It has an auto off feature. My husband is a carpenter so he was able to fit the unit up inside our existing area. Very happy with this product so far!

Functional lights strong fan with different speed settings I use them all. This came with remote control it’s very small so need to keep in a place so you won’t lose it. although I rarely use that. I had a total gutted remodeling of my kitchen and this was professionally installed.so I am not able to share any details if there was any issues during installation. But the guy who installed it had no problems and I had no complaints. He did say I bought a nice unit. This was a new install because I did not have a fan prior in my old kitchen. So everything had to be built out. I am a happy customer and highly recommend this product!

If I had one complaint, it's hard to read the display at eye level. I have to either look from the side or stoop to see it. Other than that I've been using this hood for over a year now and happy with my decision overall. It vents enough cfm I can sear a steak under it and not set off the smoke alarm. I like the vent design as it copies from restaurant setups. Very easy to clean, the grates pop in and out with the drip tray in the back. Every thing is stainless steel. It vibrates and is as loud as any other hood I've used but noticeably quiet of the first setting.

Quiet, strong air pull and easy to install. The low profile is an added bonus. Lighting is bright by default but easily adjustable.

Once the installation was completed (there was a vibration issue that was resolved thanks to excellent customer service and communication), the unit performed very well. It may be a little louder at higher speeds than expected, but it is within the specifications of the unit. We vented the unit to the outside and hid the ductwork behind crown molding on top of the cabinets (6" ductwork) and it removes almost all odors and moisture from our cooktop which is exactly what we had hoped for.

The suction is horrible and it shuts off when using the oven. House fills with smoke - luckily I have a sliding glass door in my kitchen to open! Im looking to replace this even though I've only been using it for a year!
