The last time, when I restarted, I noticed that the top wasn't closed on the left side. So I pushed it down. Then it wouldn't recognize the game. I opened it, and it again, wasn't seated right. When I tried to put I back in, I noticed that the disc is cracked now at the center hole. The first instance was within the warranty period, but I thought I must have not put it in right.
