Thank you! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must-have for progressive overload. *by T***M on January 27, 2019* The other fractional plates on Amazon are cheaply painted which can easily rub off and expose the plate's metal to rust. These were the only ones I found that are rubber. The rubber material means they are moisture proof, won't rub off paint on your gym equipment, grip nicely when handling, and don't make noise in the gym bag when they rub up against each other. I expect these fractional plates to last decades. What do I use these for? I use these on my progressive barbell exercises when adding 5 pounds (2X2.5 lb plates) is too much. They also fit hex bars and many other bars with olympic sizing. These fractional plates start at 0.5 pounds and increase to 5 pounds in half-pound increments.
