Yes it does. The storage box can protect the inside well. It will protect your papers walking around on a rainy day.

Is this made of polypropylene?

Its made out of high qualiy plastic.It is very sturdy and durable. I have used it for half a year and it is like new.

I need a smaller memo size version. Does the company make one?
