Because it folds inwards, I don't end up with wet hands and clothes when folding it and the water drips off without having to keep it open. The handle makes it easier to hold when you need to fumble with your phone or bags. Comes with a sleeve that actually fits without having to twist the umbrella into a super tight shape to get it in.
