## Description

Love is in the air in this jet-setting romantic comedy starring Dolores Hart, Pamela Tiffin and Lois Nettleton. As stewardesses Carik Brewster (Tiffin), Bergie Bergstrom (Nettleton) and Donna Stuart (Hart) wing their way across the Atlantic, each loses her heart while flying the friendly skies. Carol has her sights on a handsome pilot (Hugh O'Brian) whose love affairs have landed him in trouble. Bergie, in the meantime, has nearly given up on love until a kindly widower (Karl Malden) convinces her it's not too late. And sassy Donna falls hard for a wealthy baron (Karl Boehm) whose charm masks the fact he may not be exactly what he seems. An engaging reminder of a more innocent time when air travel was fun and glamorous, Come Fly with me was suggested by the novel Girl on a Wing and renamed after Frank Sinatra's hit, which is sung by Frankie Avalon over the opening credits.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ People enjoying life -- even the bumpy spots....
*by A***R on February 9, 2025*

The mistress, Dawn Addams, has too small a role. Addams was a wonderful actress (with a captivating biography), who appeared in several episodes (as different characters) of The Saint series with Roger Moore.Otherwise, the movie is a must. (So glad it’s been issued on DVD after many of us pleading for it to be for years.)Anyone who either needs a lift of spirits or wants a glimpse of a time (1963) when people worked out their conflicts on the spot because they said what they thought – conversed, should watch this movie. It’s both instructive and fun.In addition, the film showcases a time when there was a huge difference between flying and taking a bus. Now, the difference is almost nil.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sky Waitresses or Get Thee to a Nunnery
*by D***N on July 26, 2015*

I have read reviews describing this film as lightweight formulaic fluff which does it a disservice. Both this film and "Where the Boys Are" starred Dolores Hart and were helmed by Henry Levin. Despite the levity contained within both there are cogent observations made about love and sexuality particularly from a young woman's perspective. This film focuses on three stewardesses and their efforts to land a man. Donna (Hart) is a cynic looking to grab a rich beau. Bergy (Lois Nettleton), the elder of the trio, is a lonely heart looking for a kindred soul. Carol (Pamela Tiffin) is the romantic of the bunch just looking for a husband. All get more than they bargained for. This is a really good film with intelligent characters and believable situations that I wholeheartedly recommend. Noteworthy is that this was Hart's final film before going into the convent.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A don't miss film.
*by R***T on May 13, 2017*

I remember seeing this film on CBS network television back in the late 60s. I enjoyed it so much, but I never saw it again. It was rarely shown after that, I never seemed to have seen it scheduled over the years on local stations. I did not know Warner Archives had released it just recently. I ordered a copy of it and sat back and enjoyed it all over again. It is one of those relaxing films that I can just sit back on an recliner chair and smile. I have always been a fan of Delores Hart, who retired to become a nun after the release of this film. And I forgot what a beautiful actress Pamela Tiffin was. I am so glad to have added this fine film to my collection.
