The pad comes with anti-noise grease and was a direct easy bolt-on. The break-in was simple and quick " 5x 45mph-10mph aggressively, then 35mph-10mph semi-soft all without stopping". Done! I do not have rotor warpage or fade after the break-in and no metal to metal squeaking. I was not expecting any remarkable difference between stock brakes and this, as I've own multiple cars with "cheap" cross-drilled rotors. I was blown away with how the car stops now. WHAT A HUGE positive difference these brakes make!!! I'm so glad I found these.
