The tray is well-built, and the adjustability of the width is a nice feature when adding the Flip Filter attachment with the Mini Macro lens. The only problem I have experienced was breaking the red rubber "O" rings on the ball mounts, but that might very well have been from my over-tightening the clamps. I was able to continue using the assembly for the remainder of my vacation. When I returned home, I contacted the supplier, and they mailed me a handful of replacement rings free of charge.
