I felt chronically tired, edgy, brainfog, out of sorts. After my Dr recommended the mineral lithium for me, I knew a liquid form for optimal absorption would be best. I honestly could feel the difference in a few weeks. After almost 2 months, even better. The taste, as mentioned, is not pleasant. The key is to eyedropper into the back of the throat and immediately chase with a beverage after a meal. Or even save a few bites to eat afterwards.
