The pole was put up following the instructions that weren’t very helpful to begin with. I’ve own a pole for about to years now and replaced my old one that was loud with this one. I’m very upset. I had the pole up for about a month with no issues and then yesterday it came down with me on it and my foot is broken and I’m unable to walk... Narrower than usual diameter makes it easy to learn new tricks. I did need help installing pole, but my ceiling is 9' so that is to be expected.My only complaint about this pole is that after 8 months of moderate use, the bottom section became bent, causing it to become very loose. I did not actually realize the problem until the pole fell over and I had to try to put it back up.
